PROJECT ACQUISITION:

  3. support of the inquiries with the client's specialist staff until the order is received

NEW BUSINESS AREAS:

Identification and development of new business areas based on the client's requirements profile in the manufacturing industry, mechanical engineering and IT.

Among other things, the following approach has already been used successfully:

Identification of new market potentials: through internal and external analysis, e.g:

  • Interviews with employees, shareholders, managers etc.
  • Interviews with business partners and customers
  • Analysis of competitors

Testing and risk reduction: in order to test new ideas, these are broken down into smaller, testable hypotheses.These hypotheses cover three types of risk:

  1. desirability: customer interest in the idea
  2. feasibility: can the idea be implemented?
  3. profitability: can enough money be earned with the idea?

The most important hypotheses are tested with suitable experiments. Each experiment provides evidence and findings that can be used to adapt the idea or confirm the path
